No opinion of CEO

I have been working at University of New Hampshire full-time (More than 8 years)

Pros

The benefits are very good. Salaries are ok, not the best but not the worst either.
Some great colleagues. The campus itself is beautiful. And I like the students.

Cons

Lack of leadership at the department level and a caste system when it comes to tenure/tenure-track vs. non-tenure track faculty. Some people in leadership positions are seriously lacking in common sense and ethics.
