I worked at University of Northern Iowa part-time (More than a year)

Pros

My work at UNI gave me lots of hands-on experience for the career I was gaining education to acquire. I worked in two separate departments there, but I got the same great attention and guidance overall.

Cons

Funds were supplied by the Work Study program for the second job, so I had to work a minimum amount of hours per week.

I worked at University of Northern Iowa as an intern

    Pros

Great team and stipend. A great way to see the world and learn about new cultures. My time in Japan was the best experience of my life and helped me get a full time job following graduation.

    Cons

I can not think of any downsides to accepting an internship with Camp Adventure. Just be very aware of the dress guidelines as the Department of Defense will expect you to follow them while working on base.

    Advice to Management

Keep the program going. It is the best program that I have ever seen for college campuses. What we do truly impacts the lives of military families around the world.
