I worked at University of Northumbria full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

What an excellent experience working with Social Work faculty at Northumbria. The department was dedicated, professional and really supportive of an American learning UK academics. I felt this experience added to my teaching tenfold.

    Cons

The only cons were in administrative support but the management was working on it.

    Advice to Management

Make sure academics get the support they need.
