Pros

Takes an act of god to fire someone

Cons

People don't do what they should, and you end up having to work for 2 people because they wont fire the other person

Advice to Management

Fire the people who don't do their job, reward the ones who work hard

    Pros

Friendly people. Highly knowledgeable in their areas, Good faculty and infrastructure. Payment if competitive with other universities. Norman is a quite place and has OKC at just 20min.

    Cons

Professors are too deeply into business. Usually I would say this as a pro, but in this case is in detriment of education. Graduate students do not interact enough with their advisors. They lack of strong PhD programs, because most of the students just do Masters.

    Advice to Management

Need to straighten the PhD program to achieve better rankings. Spend more time with students
