I worked at University of Phoenix full-time (More than 5 years)

Pros

University of Phoenix offers excellent benefits including tuition waivers for its employee.

Cons

Buckle in and get ready for the ride because employees should expect to experience constant sweeping changes. The enrollment department is extremely stressful, and has high turnover. Salaries are not commensurate with other revenue generating positions.

Advice to Management

Very much is expected of the graduate team staff; a salary that reflects their contributions is necessary.

    Pros

UOPX truly listens to its assessments and quickly makes steps to improve

    Cons

It would be nice to know contract offers more in advance, but certainly understand that enrollment drives class offerings.

    Advice to Management

At the doctoral level, may DSO700 required and continue the strong preparation and self-selecting advantage of COM705.
