I worked at University of Phoenix full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

I was not micromanaged so much. As long as I did my job, I was able to take lunch when I wanted, or my breaks when I wanted.
Our team had frequent meetings for updates, and a few for some team builders as well.

Cons

Our department moved a lot, In the 3.5 yrs I was there, we moved to 3 different buildings, and in the last one, we had to move to different cubicles 4 times!

I have been working at University of Phoenix full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Free School

    Descent health benefits

    Hard to get fired

    Cons

Nobody knows how to keep this place running to continue to make money.

So much money is spent on worthless advertising and just plain in all the wrong places.

Class ciriculum is awful and simple

School feels more like Middle School and High School

    Advice to Management

Listen to what your employees are giving to you for feedback and make changes based on what they have to say.
