    Positive Outlook
    Approves of CEO

I have been working at University of Phoenix part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The ease of the online classes. They have all the materials available, and make it simple to setup your classroom. There are increases in pay as you teach more classes. Workshops are available to faculty that benefit you and your students. Students overall have a very positive attitude, and are very respectful to you and each other.

    Cons

There is no guarantee of classes to teach. You don't know how often you may be able to facilitate a class throughout the year.

    Advice to Management

Stay in closer touch with faculty. Send out more emails, information on other advancement opportunities, or additional ways to gain more solicitations.
