Great benefits (insurance, holidays, vacation)

Cons

Unstable, (now), many lay-offs happening
Executive Leadership doesn't utilize staff in decision-making (many are new to the industry)

Listen to your employees! They are passionate about what they do and care about their students

    High salaries possibly with good benefits and great company name recognition

    All decisions are made at the top and it seems to be just a select few that make these decisions; which as of now have not equated to profitability

    People are not numbers, find value to make the basis for your personnel decisions - hiring and firing; get feedback from your enrollment and business development sales force
