    Pros

Great pay, Fun company culture, and discounted education.

    Cons

Working in financial aid we had to do some Soft collections...not fun, Students often had unrealistic exceptions of processing times and regulations.

    Advice to Management

My advice to upper management would be for them to Sit in the seats of the financial aid advisers... their eyes will be opened at what we had to deal with.
