Great Culture and Value Driven Organization - Love working here!
Mar 15, 2023 - Program Chair in Tempe, AZRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The current leadership is top-notch - ethical, and value-driven, with a focus on creating a culture that appreciates and values all stakeholders (students, faculty, and employees). One of those places where, if people choose to leave, they often come back because the culture and people one gets to work with are so great. I have worked for the organization, in various roles, for over 25 years now and it is better now than when I started
Cons
Higher Education is going through a lot of changes due to increased competition (every school now does online) and advances in technology constantly changes what is possible so you need to be someone who likes change (I do but if you do not, that would be a con)
