I worked at University of Southern California part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

You get paid on time, everything is taken care by the admin. you get paid proper overtime.

    Cons

I wish they had some kind of way to evaluate pay rise for the entire system. It doesn't make sense getting paid the same for 2 years with this kind of economy. But, hey it was good
