I worked at University of Southern California part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Flexible hours, friendly co-workers and supervisors, good pay. Worked here for work study program, management will keep you on the team even if your total work study hours get used up. Students have been prompted to center supervisor positions, definite upward mobility.

    Cons

Was still using command line terminal apps for email and work-shift exchanges during my time there, though it may have updated since then.

    Advice to Management

Increase number of shift exchanges per semester.
