I worked at University of Texas System part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

As a graduate student and research assistant, I received BCBS health insurance and access to the University of Texas academic, research, and recreational facilities.

    Cons

There is a bit of bureaucracy. For example, every year or two employees need to take online courses related to discrimination and information security.
