Former Employee - Undergraduate Research Assistant in Arlington, TX
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Get Research experience if you plan on going to grad school or PHD. It depends on who your professor is that sponsors you, but I had a good experience.

    Cons

Many of the professors have never had a real world job and have nothing but academic experience. This can lead to not getting practical real world experience.

    Advice to Management

While most of the professors know what they are talking about, they really need to try to get more professors who have real world job experience.
