I worked at University of Texas at Austin part-time (More than 5 years)

Pros

Lively town, great people, young professionals, great weather and far from crowded areas of north east and california. This place is growing and is tech heavy

Cons

There are not many firms near but outside Austin. The exposure towards other areas of work are increasing, but not the greatest at this point
