Awesome benefits, decent pay with differentials and pay raise

Cons

Location (especially winter season) and parking is very inconvenient.

I worked at University of Utah Hospitals & Clinics full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Good benefits-but have found equal elsewhere. Only worked 3 days a week. Some of the best and smartest I've ever worked with.

    Cons

    Constantly understaffed.
Low pay, with little to no chance of a raise.
Don't know about areas of improvement until you are being written up or on your annual review.
No option to move departments when medically recommended.

    Advice to Management

Realize that people have lives outside of your doors

I worked at University of Utah Hospitals & Clinics full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The people are talented and good people at the worker level. Benefits are good but have gone down lately

    Cons

Management is closed door and power hungry. When multiple cases of harassment and bullying management techniques were reported, nobody did anything. Directors will do and say anything to look good to the C-Level but treat employees terrible.

    Advice to Management

Listen to complaints about directors and managers and take them seriously!
