Trainings Culture Helpful support and community
Cons
Working PST hours if you are on a different time zone conflicts with most things local schedule. That is the nature of the beast and not necessarily a con. They are extremely understanding and accommodating.

Pros
The chefs were very patient with new students and nice. Your hours were also manageable and could pick up shifts if you wanted more hours. Minimum wage was 18.69 an hour. Middle management were generally helpful.
Cons
Almost every shift I was in was understaffed which can be difficult during busy hours if you aren't used to working in a chaotic environment. Some middle/upper management were either very uncharitable or rude. I've been scowled at, had trash bags snatched out of my hand, and had to put up with being blamed for things by members of middle management that were either not my fault or were not made aware of to me. Upper management initially came off as nice and was very accommodating of my ADHD. However, they threatened to fire me after I had forgotten to clock out of my shift, despite me expressing several times that it was a mistake and that I was not trying to commit wage theft. Getting constant email reminders from management threatening to fire students who miss their one shift isn't a great way to advertise to future employees when you are already understaffed. If this review gets removed for a third time, I will leave another review with little to no context of why the position was bad because I literally have no idea how to make my complaints any more anonymous.
