    Pros

Great support as a female by other female coworkers. Many of the managers are very supportive. Some flexibility in work arrangements such as work at home or compressed schedules.

    Advice to Management

Seek ways to truly support individuals that show the drive to advance and that add value to the company. You don't want to be looking for ways to keep people after they have already made the decision to move on.

    Pros

Friendly culture, trying to innovate and modernize, so very focused on making changes. Good benefits and work-life balance. Lots of opportunity if you're motivated! Leadership is extremely accessible and informal.

    Cons

Not everybody is ready to embrace the future; the tenure and resistance to change can be strong.
