Following are the expectations, which are never mentioned on any JD at Unyscape:- - Ability to handle work independently without any guidance/direction - Ability to come on time and not expect to leave on time - Company does not provide any computer/laptop. You need to bring in your own machine without expecting any rent in return - Ability to work in off timings such as weekends, Holi, Diwali and even in your own wedding. - Ability to respond quickly on the Whatsapp messages sent by the CMO - Ability to continuously work without any breaks. Office doesn’t provide you any time/space/equipment for any recreational activities - Continuously thinking out of the box and automating the manual tasks - Our ACs don’t work in summers, so don’t expect a comfy office - Our Wifi doesn’t work. LAN is too slow. Hope you can bear that too. - Office smells as a public urinal. Hope that would be acceptable as well. - Don’t apply if you think you will be able to negotiate/change any of the above mentioned points.
