      The Only pro is - if I started a company I would do it the exact opposite of this clown.

      Owner Sherwin Lies to everyone Doesnt care about anything but screwing you every 10 people who work there 9 quite in 1 month and the other 1 quits in 3 He doesnt care as long as the people in there are making a deal or 2 before they get smart You will learn nothing, you will get no guidance. I almost smacked him several times. He would literally rob his mother I have never seen a more dishonest broker in my life. Ask 1 person there if they are happy?

      Pros

      Flexibility, hands on training, a real good entry level position especially for recent high school grads or college underclassmen. It was my first job, and I appreciate Sherwin taking the time to train me.

      Everything is commission based so the pay isn't consistent
