    I worked at Urban Land Institute full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    There is a strong opportunity to make excellent contacts from Mayors to builders to finance gurus.

    Cons

    Most staff are not aligned with the mission of the company. The salary is not great. Staff training needs are ignored.

    Advice to Management

    Get rid of HR head and begin to promote positive relationships...this will build positive moral among staff.
