      - Horrible Management Style - Poor communication - Everything revolves around not upsetting the owner - Owner changes his mind every day - One day something is great - next day it's stupid and owner is storming out of meeting because he can't control himself - Take advantage of customers - Poor morale - Lack of processes - Unstable product - No testing methodology wastes time

      Pros

      US eDirect is a fast growing company. The opportunity to grow in the company is progressive. There are several opportunities to learn which makes the job easier in certain aspects. Staff is friendly. The ability to work from home is a plus!

      Cons

      For new employees, training needs to be stronger. It would be more beneficial to the employee (and the company) to have someone who can train the new employees in the department they were hired for. Certain processes need more attention than others.
