To clouded by company darkness to even see the light. Maybe something will change.
Cons
To many drastic leadership changes, 90% of black women leaders left or were laid off, IDEA is not the same since new leadership (Leader on Linked in more than in office, never seen team), your success is at the hands of your manager only so if they live you, Success, if not, stay stagnant! Too many remote leaders who manage in office staff. No one seems happy. Oh, under paid for most non brand roles.
