Days off are related to 2 countries Uae & the mission you are working with Salary comes on time Company is listed if you need loan or something

Cons

Payment is low compared to lifestyle in Dubai Not using a mobile on job feels like a prison missed few job opportunities because of this nonsense Career progression is not easy since i spent 6 years and not much movement you need to be an ass-kisser to get promoted

the team are well versed with the work undertaken.

Cons

if you cannot speak hindi then you will not excel in this company, the company has hired south Asians only, most of the higher managers are on H1B visas, very much toxic work environment where the managers are expected to work on weekends and holidays.
