    Pros

    Growing business with possible potential to improve training by eliminating counterproductive technical issue during training and be motivated to increase the salary of those that serve as the backbone of their company..

    Cons

    Too many software issues during training.

    I have been working at VIPdesk Connect full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Work from the comfort of your home is great. Everyone there is super friendly and helpful. Bonuses are very good.

    Cons

    Do not offer 401K or paid holidays. If you have technical issues, you are very rarely paid for down time. Pay increases are not given. Proper training for new programs is not given.

    Advice to Management

    Offer better benefits, annual reviews and on-going training classes.

    I worked at VIPdesk Connect full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Good client, hourly rate of pay fairly good. Team philosophy is positive for the most part; opportunity to work remote using both virtual desktop and one's own desktop.

    Cons

    Short and insufficient training period, lack of thorough coaching support to help trainee's learn all of the software systems. One out-of-date software application, lack of integration between software programs. No nesting nor sufficient role playing to help new EBA's get started.

    Advice to Management

    Offer trainer positions to those who are qualified trainers. Just because one is a good EBA does not mean they are effective trainers for new hires.
