I worked at VML full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Creative fast paced environment, amazing culture. Full time employees had outstanding benefits and perks. Great facilities at all Missouri locations.

Cons

Unfortunately in IT it is contract to hire, and people have been known to remain contractors for two plus years ... that is really the only down side, however they do treat their consultants almost as well .

I have been working at VML full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

We work hard, and play hard, but you have to no when to do both to keep it balanced.

    Cons

The work hard aspect of VML sometimes outweighs the ability to play hard
