      Young company that is growing.

      Cons

      Young company, so they seeimingly haven't a clue what they're doing. Every couple of months brings a new policy change - the most recent being we have to work bank holidays inclusive of Christmas day and new year's day. Of course, we are expected to do this with no management team as they don't have to work them.
