      Really pushing expectations and boundaries on what's achievable Increasing autonomy within Business Lines and self determination Achieving success, getting recognised and becoming a major player in UK renewables Amazing commitment to the common team objective - making a global change and improvement!!!

      Cons

      The company matrix structure is sometimes difficult to manage but also enables us to achieve greater success than our small footprint would otherwise allow. Can be really embarrassing when suppliers are paid late through finance system.

      The company trusted me with critical decesion making roles especially in. 1.Solar plant design review and advicing 2.Work sheduling and coming up with recovery plans. 3. Advicing on procurement as well as talking to prospective suppliers all over the world. I.e in spain for solar plant materials( string cablea, LV cables, Mv cables, Mc4s,) india for transmission line materials( tower parts , over head cables, insulators, vibration dampers, spacers, warning balls.) 3. They also allowed me to work on substation construction where i got massive experience in civil wors such as. Backfilling and compaction, carrying out copper earth grids, constructuion of cable trenches, 4. Was able to work on 18Mwh Battery station in Tassiast mauritania courtesy of Voltalia.

      Cons

      To be hones i do not have any bad experiences looking backwards.
