Boys club mentality, arrogance and blame culture of some finance leaders. Lack of respect for peers and big focus on managing upwards. Nail in coffin for me was when told to change numbers after the month close and when asked why the blunt response was ‘because the boss wants them changed, that’s why’. Pretty much sums up VPS!
