      better than unemployment in most cases

      Cons

      no clear direction, strange senior managment decisions, un qualified individuals promoted to senior roles. no process in back office (multiple issues billing clients wrong)

      Pros

      Some good people work here. Some are very helpful when you need a hand and they care about the business.

      Cons

      Very unorganized. Give people who work hard more and more work but they do not give any increase in pay. No room to advance.
