      Great people below the senior management level. Good work ethic. Would do anything to make the business successful

      Cons

      Run by a president that has no experience in heavy equipment. He doesn't have a clue how to run his business. Not a leader.

      Pros

      Get-it-done mentality. Lots of folks who genuinely care about what they're doing. Great product!

      Cons

      Hectic month-end in production. Weak lower to middle management. Could be fixed with some training and better personnel in certain roles.
