      Pros

      Good benefits, people you work with are good people. Pay weekly.

      Cons

      Management is termination happy. Will fire anybody for absolutely anything. Pay is just ok. Dangerous work environment with homemade equipment and tools. Company is cheap when it comes to needed tools and equipment.

      Pros

      Get-it-done mentality. Lots of folks who genuinely care about what they're doing. Great product!

      Cons

      Hectic month-end in production. Weak lower to middle management. Could be fixed with some training and better personnel in certain roles.
