      Pros

      no pros while I worked at Vtrac, he was paying less than minimum wage for Recruiters, and asked that they be outside of Canada so he would need to pay canadian wages

      Cons

      micro management style, doesnt trust his employees, doesnt pay for proven expertise

      Pros

      Mara and the Client Care team of VTRAC are a top notch agency. They are prompt to respond, give honest communication and they really care about their contractors and want us to succeed. As I worked on my contract assignment, we stayed in touch and the VTRAC team answered my questions in a timely manner. Plus, their time sheet and payroll websites are very easy to use. Highly recommend!!

      Cons

      Unfortunately, my contract assignment ended but I would work for VTRAC again in the future. I didn't experience anything negative.
