    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Lots of different products to learn about and sale
Customers know a lot and can teach

    Cons

Senior management does not Listen to employees, pays only lip service
Has an extra layer of sales management who do very little (some area VP's)
Management singles out reps that voice their opinions publicly for dismissal
Pay scale way Below other medical sales reps (like Pharma)
Benefit have been cut and need improvement
Competitior has a much bigger market share
    Lots of internal confusion
    High turnover of sales people

    Advice to Management

    1) Let employees rate their managers so you can see management issues exist
    2) Improve your global and national account agreement. Make them enforceable
    3) Improve sales commission and make them easier to obtain (Not a 5 bucket system)
    4) Get rid of dead weight in all areas. VWR has lots of people just "hanging on" till retirement
    5) Restore benefits to previous levels
    6) Listen to sales and operations by letting sales and operations put together a team to identify issues at the company to John Ballbach bypassing layers where issues exist.
