Pros

The only people who care about you and your success are the trainers downstairs.

Cons

The management could care less about you and working around your schedule. The workers are apathetic. Avoid this place completely.

Advice to Management

Start doing your job and help new people out instead of hanging out with your buddies and having play time.

    Good pay, but it can take 1+ year to get the big paychecks
    Managers let you do your job with minimal supervision
    Lots of comraderie among the agents

    Cons

    Most people will have to work weekends for 2+ years before moving into a Monday - Friday schedule

    -Hours are decent
    -you determine what you make
    -friendly co workers for the most part

    Cons

    -horrible benefits
    -upper management promoted on favoritism
    -unfair bonus structure
    -no growth potential
    -commission only but you have to make up sick days.
    -you get limited on calls based on the unfair closing ratio
    -high turnover ratio

    Advice to Management

    promote agents based on their success and seniority, not favoritism.
    try to keep good employees
    listen to your employees.
    DON'T BE SO GREEDY and treat your agents like you care.
