I worked at Vail Resorts full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Ski every day
Great medical training

Cons

Executive level management is so disconnected from Ski Patrol. They make it incredibly hard to do your job well.

    Pros

I loved the community projects and company culture at Vail.

    Cons

Big corporation with a lot of office politics.

  2. "Be a disposable cog in the Vail money machine!"

    Pros

Get a free ski pass to many great resorts in Colorado and Tahoe. An easy online application and a wide range of jobs requiring no experience.

    Cons

Vail Resorts doesn't care about you, and treats you poorly because you can easily be replaced.

    Advice to Management

Offer incentive for employees to return next season.
