I have been working at Vail Resorts full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Free lift pass, fun people to work with

Cons

With the cost of living, the pay is basically minimum wage. Hours typically aren't great either.

Advice to Management

You are miserably unorganized

I worked at Vail Resorts full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Free lift pass and some cool Co workers

    Cons

Under paid work, poor management, no lunch breaks

I never been treated so unfairly and let go after all the hard work I put into their department.

For all the information I managed, my job could have easily been paid 15 an hour.... But because so many people are willing to work there for the free lift pass, everyone is expendable to them.

They will work you like a dog and spit you out.

    Advice to Management

Don't treat your employees like slaves and defend them when there is a problem.

I have been working at Vail Resorts full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I loved being able to work with kids and adults. It was fun to see them learn and succeed. They pay you for waiting to receive a class even if you don't end up working. They have great training courses. Also, they have great discounts!

    Cons

If you are injured on the job, they only give you minimum hours for workers comp. They also are very overpriced with food and beverages.
