Pros

Salary is competitive, but by the time you work all the overtime and never get any breaks for lunch, you are probably making less than at your last job per hour.

Cons

Workplace bullying, with some employees getting special treatment and skipping out early. Not allowed to take breaks. They will never acknowledge this, just pile the work on you and if you try to take a break, call you in for a special meeting to tell you that you are not a team player.

Advice to Management

If you want to run a wellness company, please allow your employees to practice wellness.

This company has a good open door policy. Most supervisors are lenient on the rules and tries to apply them to meet each employees needs while being fair to all employees.

    Cons

    too many favorites by supervisors
