    Pros

They provide fantastic benefits and the ability to work from home.

    Cons

    Pros

Some pros regarding being in this position at Vanderbilt is that you get to work with a variety of patients with several varying mental health issues, work-life balance is great, managers are easy to work with, and you get some down time sometimes while working, which is great if you're into reading, have studying to do, or anything along those lines.

    Cons

The cons of working at Vanderbilt in this position is that it can get monotonous, In order to get up or use the bathroom you have to rely on others and can't just use the restroom whenever you need to, doctors and nurses will a lot of times not even acknowledge you, ask for your input or involve you in the patients care plans and lastly, is it is a lot of sitting down, depending on the patient, you are sometimes sitting for long hours.
