I worked at Vanderbilt University full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

It boasts talented and well-rounded students, as well as a beautiful campus and tremendous resources. Nashville is a nice place, too.

    Cons

Some things fall through the cracks. This also happens to graduate students, and some (usually older) PI's aren't always the most helpful/available.
