    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Great work environment for someone just coming out of college.
Very good amount of vacation time for time worked.
    Get licensed on their dollar.

    Cons

    Advancement is essentially nonexistant.
Call center environment that is glorified.
Basically just completed transactions for clients and there isn't a need for licensure.

    Advice to Management

There needs to be more recognition for client service associates. And I am specifically talking about compensation. The salary levels are just not at a high enough level for a good quality of life.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Great place to gain experience. Good benefits. Get paid to learn about investing. 37.5 hour workweek. Paid training to obtain securities licenses.

    Cons

Very little long term opportunity, especially for older, or experienced workers. Stress. Expectation that everyone fit in the same mold.

    Advice to Management

Give everyone the same opportunity for projects, postings and opportunities to learn. Give direction. Realize that continuous improvement is self defeating. Set firm goals for performance rather than evaluating people against their peers. Recognize the value of experience and leverage those strengths. Realize that crew members personalities and backgrounds are strengths rather than liabilities.
