- Lack of transparency and openness to remote - Can get stuck working in legacy code - PTO is combined with sick time - Agile teams' quality varies heavily, some are great and others pretty bad - Lack of focus on how vanguard can be a positive impact (sustainability) in the industry beyond 'lower costs to clients'
