I have been working at Vanguard for more than 10 years

    Pros

Great benefits, including a 4% 401k match and 10% non-elective contribution to your retirement plan. Access to a health club in many of it's buildings as well.

I have been working at Vanguard full-time for more than a year

    Pros

18 PTO Days and you can buy PTO days

    Cons

Micromanagement, no room for growth, cut throat, excessive micromanagement, burn out, zero incentive to do well,

    Advice to Management
