      Pros

      Beautiful office and hot coffee.

      Cons

      Management would gossip and talk negative about employees. Individuals were quick to push blame blame versus taking accountability. After employees left, management would struggle at finding replacements causing more work without any type of compensation.

      Pros

      For foreign people they pay the flight tickets and hotel.

      Cons

      After working around 6 months they reduced the salary without my acknowledgement, as a surprise, saying that the client (IBM) requested it. I asked the client and it was said that they were happy with my work and no reduction was requested in the contract that was "on the flight". Another problem is that there are cases of people that left the company and did not received the last salary. The company abandoned people on the client, don't pay for certification, nothing. Just take their money and leave you on the client. No Benefits.
