Cons

I’ve had repeated challenges collaborating with the Americas team, and I think we’d benefit from clearer ownership, better escalation paths, and more consistent management support. The Europe team has been operating effectively under the current process.

Decent benefits, decent people, flexible hybrid work. Helping orgs not fall prey to a cyberattack is generally ethical work.

Cons

Schedules can be aggressive at times, making it difficult to improve technical debt and for teams to have enough slack to aide each other.
