I worked at Velo3D full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Know what you are getting into. Non-engineers, keep your head down because the health benefits and lunch are great. Just say 'Wow, that's cool! Do more of that!' and everybody will like you.

    Cons

Know what you are getting into. Ask for daily work examples during the round-robin interview. They, excellently, hold a high standard. The solution comes with you as you walk on the first day; a strong drive to learn and work hard.

    Doesn't Recommend

I have been working at Velo3D full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The salary is competitive, but there aren't really any fringe benefits to boast

    Cons

The founder is abrasive and like to stir up fights. Lots of turnover where people are let go or people resign over bad company culture. Everyone is expected to work long hours but with no encouragement. There are also quite a few egos on the exec level that prevent honest conversations from taking place.
