      Really nice work environment Good managers Interesting projects

      Everything is oriented to the client projects. It would be great to share experiences between projects or have some internal projects or POC's.

      Pros

      Good salaries in my area, including a bi-annual salary review and nice benefits too. Technical people more than qualified for their jobs, and great team players too. True flexibility from the employer to make a perfect balance of work and life.

      Cons

      The company has just started implementing a company career plan, but so far not much opportunities to grow unless you really stand out of the crowd; and believe me this is a top-notch crowd.
