      Very competitive market. Requires constant innovation to stay competitive and its difficult for PM to invest in all product areas at once

      Pros

      Good leadership and career growth. Excellent health insurance and benefits.

      Cons

      Nothing substantial. Only pains felt while working there were universally felt (Global Pandemic, Impact of AI) and each time Veracode put both employees and customers at the center of their decision making.

      Poor leadership Product strategy all talk - minimal action Don't honor compensation plan pay outs Back to office if within 1 hour of driving to office with no additional pay
