      - Good pay, bonus & ESPP - High technical exposure in work - Good working environment - Some real good genius managers

      Cons

      - Unstable middle and senior management - Even many CEOs have quit without sending aideu mail - Confusion in clear cut long term stratergies - Sometime only techinical work left no fun activities
