    -ample online education opportunities
    -competitive salary
    -solid business practices
    -industry-leading network

    Cons

-bottom line is so important that middle management is often forced into making decisions that help the business in the short term, but hurt employee morale in the long term
-not enough investment in improving customer service
    -not enough field support
-union issues still not ironed out

    Advice to Management

Wall Street is not interested in sustainability, but instead the immediate and best returns that an organization can provide each quarter. When your organization burns out from running at peak lean efficiency, another organization takes your place and the cycle repeats itself. Don't be afraid to reign in overly optimistic projections in the best interest of preserving the morale and integrity of your workforce. The products, services, and investment in technology are long term assets that ensure we are relevant and competitve for years to come, but all this means nothing without a motivated and committed workforce. There is no future in rapid expansion without a good workforce to provide adequate support on the back end in order to ensure sustainability.

    Pros

    Excelent 401k package.
    Vacation time came quickly.
Management always worked with me to provide a good life experience even to the point of allowing me to telecommute to take care of my daughter.

    Cons

Opportunities for advancement were few and far between.
At times communication from senior management down was very slow which stirred lots of rumors.

    Advice to Management

When you identify good employees that take steps to improve themselves such as college and technical training work with them to help them advance in the company. Dont make it so hard to change positions.
